We had a fantastic Halloween weekend! Ava really enjoyed all of the festivities this year, and Grady.....well he enjoyed being along for the ride! Ava was a bird this year, and I had great fun making her costume! The Saturday before Halloween we met up with several friends at a Fall Festival. The kiddos got to see a puppet show (they lasted about 10 minutes and then we made a run for it before the real melt downs started), ride a pony, jump in a bounce house, and show off their super cute costumes! On Halloween day Ava modeled her costume for lots of family members before getting decked out for the big trick-or-treat! We took her out just before 7 and after house #3 she totally got it.....proudly strutting her tail feathers up drive way after drive way and saying her sweet little "trit-tree". She loved it and man did she love her first bar of chocolate!
