It has been a fun weekend full of Halloween festivities for the Lightsey's! On Saturday, we "carved" a pumpkin with Ava. She had a blast splashing around in the pumpkin seeds that her and Mommy scooped out. Daddy snapped some great pictures of her in action! After we finished our pumpkin fun we got ready for the Beam's annual Trick Or Treat Hayride. Ava was a skunk this year....the cutest little stinker I have ever seen for sure! We stopped to visit Nan (who had the cutest little boo bag for Ava) and also to visit Nana (who brought us a pumpkin so she'd be sure we'd have something to carve) and Great Grandma B. Ava is not short on love! We had a great time on the Hayride riding along and watching the "big kids" collect their loot. Today we attended Ava's first Halloween party. Most of our friends from Mom's Club were there. The babies all looked so cute dressed in their costumes! It was a busy weekend but lots of fun. Now we're all off to bed....hoping and praying this time change doesn't effect our sweet baby girls sleep too much!
